Builtfirst integration in distributor connectors

Moderate Upgrade

Important: This feature is currently in the Preview status.

Builtfirst is now available as an additional catalog source in the Import Product workflow, joining existing sources like Firstbase, TD Synnex, and Ingram Micro.

Marketplace Managers can import exclusive Builtfirst deals directly into the marketplace catalog as referral products, expanding their catalog and increasing its value with curated deals that redirect buyers to ISV websites.

Key highlights

  • New catalog source — Builtfirst now appears within Vendor Integrations and the Import Product workflow, joining existing sources like Firstbase, TD Synnex, and Ingram Micro.
  • Automated Builtfirst Network Deals supply — Active Builtfirst deals sync automatically to the product import catalog, ensuring Marketplace Managers always have access to fresh, up-to-date offers. The entire deal lifecycle, including new additions, updates, and removals, is fully automated and managed directly within the feed.
  • Unified buyer experience — Syndicated Builtfirst deals and perks surface alongside your existing marketplace catalog content. Buyers can view offers on your storefront and claim them via a direct redirection to the ISV's website.

  1. Open the Builtfirst catalog from Import Product or from Staging Catalog using Add Products.
  2. Select the Builtfirst deals and promotions to syndicate into the marketplace catalog.

  1. Verify that syndicated products appear correctly in the marketplace catalog.
